Winter Waltz Workshop & Contra Dance

In lieu of our regular February 2025 Monday Night Contra, we will be hosting a special dance on Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm. 

When is the dance? Saturday, February 15, 2025 from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm

• Waltz Workshop from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
• Open Waltzing from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• Dinner Break from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm
• Contra Workshop from 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Contra Dancing from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm

Where is the dance? Gypsy Hill Park Gym, 229 116th Regimental Road, Staunton, VA 24401

What is the cost? 

• Early Bird through February 9: Waltz & Contra Combo: $25/person
• At the Door: Waltz & Contra Combo: $30/person
• Just the Waltz Workshop and Open Waltzing: $15/person
• Just the Contra Workshop and Contra Dancing: $15/person

​What else do I need to know? Only soft-soled shoes and dance shoes will be permitted to help protect the floors in this space. Please do not wear hard-soled shoes and boots.
